What is the cross arm
According to the application, the electrical cross arm is also named power pole cross arms,there are two types "L" (angle cross arm) and"U".
The electrical cross arm is connected to the utility pole by double arming bolt, pigtail bolt, or U bolt.Alao usually used with insulators,Insulators are installed on top or on the side,prevent short circuits in wires and ensure stable operation of the power system.

First: Make the drawing.
To make cross arm which requires corresponding drawings and datas. Therefore, you need to provide me with your drawings. If you don't have drawing, give me pictures and we will make drawings for you according to our experience.
Second:Check the drawing,make sure you can use it after production according to the drawing.
Third:Choose the raw materials.Determine the yield strength of the cross arm to select the raw materials. Common ones are Q235B, Q355B, and Q275B. For example, the yield strength of Q235B is 235, and the yield strength of Q355B is 355.
Last:Make the sample,and send the picture with datas to you,let you to check.
