The main body is made of aluminum alloy pressure plate with powder coating or anodizing. The arc groove radius is available in two sizes: 1.5 mm and 3 mm, suitable for flat or round cables. It features a built-in "pigtail" ring at the end for direct attachment to suspension hooks or steel strands, eliminating the need for additional connectors. Designed for low tension with a rated tensile load of 2–5 kN, it is specifically designed for FTTH drop cables and short-span ADSS (30–80 m). The pigtail ring is made of one-piece bent round steel with hot-dip galvanized finish, inner diameter Ø22 mm, suitable for ∅7-18 mm steel strands or various hooks. The screw specification is M8×90 mm, with a hexagonal head 13 mm across the flats. Temperature range: -40 ℃ ~ +85 ℃. Service life: ≥25 years. The FTTH lead-in section is paired with SS-type tension clamps to serve as "intermediate support" or "terminal pull-down"; the ADSS short-span straight bar (50-80 m) replaces traditional galvanized suspension strings, reducing weight by 60%.
