Hot Dip Galvanized Thimble Clevis

Hot dip galvanized thimble clevis combines a shackle or grommet with a preformed herringbone grip. The grommet has a wire groove for dead-end harnessing and can swing freely for increased flexibility. It is made of hot-dip galvanized steel and the surface is hot-dip galvanized to improve the durability and corrosion resistance of the product. There are different models for customers to choose from, such as TC-07 (M16 bolt, 70KN tensile force), TC-10 (M18 bolt, 100KN tensile force) and TC-12 (M20 bolt, 120KN tensile force). Designed for use with PLP dead ends for cable termination purposes. Provides a smooth internal profile to prevent stress concentration in the wire loop of the PLP dead end, allowing the insulator to be replaced without removing the dead end.
