Power Insulator Steel Feet

I. Insulator steel feet, also known as insulator screws or insulator mandrels, are core power fittings for ceramic, glass, and composite insulators. As load-bearing components, they are widely used in pin-type and suspension insulators for 10kV, 33kV, and 110kV transmission and distribution lines.

II. The product features an integrated, molded limiting plate in the middle for precise positioning during assembly, preventing slippage or displacement of the ceramic or glass insulator body. Available in single-thread, double-thread, knurled-end, and end-insulated rubber-coated versions, suitable for pin-type insulators.

III. Made of 4.8/8.8 grade high-strength high-quality carbon structural steel, meeting the tensile load standards for overhead lines, and resistant to deformation and breakage. The overall hot-dip galvanizing process ensures a uniform coating with strong adhesion, resistance to salt spray and acid rain corrosion, and an outdoor service life of over 25 years.

IV. The thread is integrally rolled, with standard tooth profiles and strong interchangeability. The pole body is straightened, eliminating bending and ensuring balanced stress on the insulator. The flange retainer is forged in one piece, eliminating the risk of weld fracture, and its mechanical load meets national standards and overseas power distribution line requirements. From small-sized low-voltage pin-type short steel feet to high-voltage ultra-long suspension bolts, diameter, total length, and thread length can all be customized to meet specific needs. It is compatible with three main categories of insulators: porcelain insulators, tempered glass insulators, and silicone rubber composite insulators, and is suitable for rural power grids, urban power grids, substations, and ADSS optical cable-supported power lines on the same pole.
