Construction and inspection of studs

Before welding the studs, the stud construction position line should be released in accordance with the spacing, row spacing and location requirements specified on the engineering construction design drawings. Stud construction: use a special stud welding machine for stud welding, equipped with a stud welding gun. During the stud welding construction, connect the stud machine to the corresponding welding torch power supply, put the porcelain ring seat on the stud position where the line has been placed, and use the welding torch to align the stud to the porcelain ring seat and tighten it, open Welding torch power supply, stud arc starting point draws the arc to produce high temperature melting. The stud head and the base material form a high temperature melting welding pool. After a short time (0.8～1.2s), the stud is welded to the base material, and then the porcelain ring is removed. And check the surrounding welds.
