How to control the installation accuracy of anchor bolts?

Anchor bolts are one of the fasteners. They are used to fasten various constructions and equipment. Anchor bolts are generally classified as embedded bolts. They are buried in the lower part of the concrete and serve as a foundation. Anchor bolts have various shapes, some are L shape, and some are Arabic numeral nine shape. Different shapes of anchor bolts also have different centers, and of course they have very different centers. The slender center usually refers to the precision round surface, and different equipment, different structures and different constructions all use different anchor bolts.

First of all, the time and minute of the ruler must be controlled accurately, and the people who have been organized and fixed must be used to pull the ruler; secondly, the fixing mold can be manufactured according to the embedded size of the bolt to ensure that the relative orientation of the bolt does not deviate; then, the instrument is used when the concrete is poured. Control the height of the bolts and the specific spacing from the axis, and adjust them at any time during the pouring process to ensure their accuracy.
