As we all know, anchor bolts have strong stability, and their role is to firmly connect the cast iron platform with the foundation to avoid displacement and overturning during work. The cast iron plate is leveled with shim iron during installation, and then fixed with foot bolts. What are his fixed steps?
1: Use short steel bars as the support of the foundation beam, stand on the cushion of the platform, and be welded firmly with the foundation beam to prevent the foundation beam from shifting;
2: Each anchor bolt is welded with short steel bars, and the bolts stand on the cushion layer. After the bolts are finally fixed, the bolt supports are welded with the platform mesh steel bars to fix the anchor bolts to prevent displacement during construction.
3: The location of the positioning stirrups is determined, and the positioning stirrups are used to assist in fixing the anchor bolts. After the anchor bolts are fixed, set a positioning stirrup in the middle of the anchor bolts, weld each bolt transversely with steel bars to make a closed stirrup to ensure the cross section of the anchor bolts, and weld the bolts and foundation beams into one body by welding with steel bars. .
4: Set a positioning stirrup on the top of the anchor bolt to connect the positioning stirrup with the short column as a whole.
Use the calibrated theodolite to adjust and review the overall plane position and size of each bolt group, and it should meet the dimensional accuracy requirement ≯ 2MM; use a level to measure the height of the bolt group, and meet the dimensional accuracy requirement ≯ 2MM; straighten the verticality with a plumb line, Guaranteed error ≯1MM.
After checking that the dimensional accuracy meets the requirements, take out the positioning steel plate and all nuts.
