Insulated Tension Clamp

ABC bundled tension clamps are widely used in urban and rural power grid upgrades, residential power distribution, and photovoltaic overhead lines. Their function is to withstand the full mechanical tension of the cable, firmly fixing the four-core bundled cable to poles, wall hooks, or clamps, achieving tension anchoring at the end of the line's tension section.

The complete clamp set consists of three parts: an insulating clamping block, a hot-dip galvanized steel pull arm, and a locking bolt assembly. The layered material design considers insulation, tensile strength, and corrosion resistance as core performance characteristics:
The black insulating clamping block (clip body) is made of modified glass fiber reinforced PA66 nylon, with added UV-resistant, cold-resistant, and anti-aging additives, preventing brittleness at -40℃; it has four independent arc-shaped grooves and an anti-slip textured design, ensuring clamping without damaging the cable insulation, allowing for direct installation without stripping; it meets power frequency insulation withstand voltage standards and provides built-in insulation isolation, saving the cost of purchasing additional insulators.

The double-fork load-bearing tie rod is made of Q235 hot-rolled steel plate, stamped and formed, with overall hot-dip thickened galvanizing treatment. It boasts excellent salt spray corrosion resistance and is suitable for outdoor environments such as the frigid Northeast, the southern coastal areas, and the frost-prone, high-humidity regions of Brazil. The double lifting lugs distribute the load evenly, preventing deformation and breakage.

The locking fasteners (bolts, nuts, flat washers) are standard 4.8 grade carbon steel parts, hot-dip galvanized for rust prevention. They will not rust or jam during long-term outdoor use and form a stable clamping force after tightening.
