I. Product Overview
This product is a J-type stamped metal suspension clamp available in two sizes. It is a specialized suspension fitting designed for ADSS communication cables, low-voltage overhead insulated conductors, and bundled service drop cables. Compatible with pole cross-arms and mounting brackets, it is used for the overhead suspension of cables along straight sections. It is widely applied in FTTH (Fiber to the Home) installations, rural grid upgrades, and municipal overhead street lighting projects.

Metal Housing: The main body is formed from high-strength steel plate via stamping and undergoes comprehensive hot-dip galvanizing. The coating is uniform and dense, offering resistance to rain and saline-alkali corrosion, ensuring durability without rusting or deforming during long-term outdoor use. The extended J-shaped body features multiple adjustment holes to accommodate varying installation distances and offers high mechanical strength, stably supporting the cable's self-weight and wind loads.
Cushioning Rubber Insert: The internal clamping block is molded from weather-resistant EPDM rubber and features a split opening for easy cable insertion. The material is UV-resistant, withstands high and low temperatures, and retains its elasticity, resisting cracking or hardening under long-term compression. The rubber flexibly encases the cable, preventing hard metal-to-metal contact and abrasion of the cable jacket caused by wind-induced swaying; it also provides insulation and cushioning to reduce stress-related damage to the line.
Fastening Hardware: Includes fully galvanized adjustment bolts and nuts that are rust-resistant and strong in tension, ensuring a secure, stable thread lock that does not easily loosen or slip.
