Piercing Wire Clamp

- Adjust the piercing wire clamp nut to the appropriate position and insert the branch line completely into the branch line cap.
- Insert the main line. If the main line has two layers of insulation, a certain length of the outer insulation must be stripped at the connection position.
- Put the main branch line in the appropriate position and keep it parallel. First tighten the nut by hand to fix the wire clamp.
- Use a socket wrench of the corresponding size to tighten the nut evenly until the top breaks and falls off, and the installation is complete.

When the cable needs to be branched or connected, insert the cable branch line terminal into the waterproof terminal cap sleeve, determine the main line branch position, and tighten the torque nut on the wire clamp with a socket wrench. During this process, the contact blade will pierce the cable insulation layer and contact the conductor, the sealing ring presses the cable around the punctured position, and the silicone grease in the shell overflows. When the torque reaches the set value, the nut torque mechanism falls off, the main line and the branch line are connected, and the waterproof performance and electrical effect meet the parameters required by the standard.

Piercing wire clamps are widely used in building power distribution system insulated cable branch connection, low-voltage overhead insulated cable connection, low-voltage insulated household cable branch connection, street light distribution system, etc., requiring fire-resistant or flame-retardant cable branch connection.
