Defective studs are hammered and bent 15° in the opposite direction of the defective part, and there is no crack in the weld and no abnormal phenomenon in the weld, which can be judged as qualified; if the weld has cracks, it is regarded as scrap, and the unqualified must be in place A stud is repaired at a slight deviation, and the bent stud does not need to be straightened.
