Forged Insulator Spindle Product Knowledge

This product is used inside pin insulators, post insulators, and composite insulators to support the insulating porcelain/rubber body, connect the conductor to the crossarm, and withstand tension, bending moment, and wind load. It is the core load-bearing component of the insulator.

I. Material and Surface Treatment

Material: Q235, 45# steel, forged round steel

Surface Treatment: Hot-dip galvanized (essential for outdoor corrosion protection)

Features: High strength, good toughness, not easy to break, rust-proof and durable. The overall structure is a steel round rod, with a threaded end and a fixed head at the other end.
It is tightly cast and bonded to the insulation material. The thread is used for installation and fixing to crossarms, D-type irons, and clamps.

Sufficient bending and tensile strength to ensure safe line operation; high thread precision for secure installation without slippage; uniform galvanized layer for corrosion resistance; suitable for outdoor, coastal, and humid environments; standard dimensions for high compatibility with insulators and fittings.

Select the strength specification according to the voltage level (10kV/low voltage).
